Stuck On Loading Screen
If your connection to Facebook or Youtube continues to “spin” and doesn’t seem to connect inside of the app, login to your Switcher account on our website and unlink/relink your YouTube or Facebook account.
Login to our website by using the same credentials you used to create your Switcher Go account and the link below.
Once logged in, go to "Channel Settings" and select “Link Streaming Service.”
From here choose which service you having issues with. If you are given the choice to “unlink” choose that and then relink using the app or our dashboard.
If you are given the choice to “Sign-In,” do so and follow the steps to link your account using our website.
